Embed a Twitterfountain

Have you ever wanted to see what was happening at that one event you could not go to? Did the plain text-backchannels somehow leave you feeling disappointed?

Twitterfountain comes to your aid: we mash up tweets and images that share the same tags into a spectacular visual. Below is a sample. Change the settings and copy the embed code, and there you have it: your own twitterfountain!

New features:

There’s tons of new features, most of which can be found by opening the settings panel. The most significant changes are:

  1. Different animation types for tweets and images
  2. Image source can now include Picasa, Twitpic and yFrog
  3. More customization by changing the title bar, colors and logo.

Testing phase

We’re still in the process of configuring our new server. In the next few days, if your new fountains stops working, please visit this site and copy the embed code again.

I already have a Twitterfountain:

Right now we haven’t made the update automatic. This means you’ll have to manually replace your old embed code with the new code. Get it by clicking ‘embed’ in the fountain on this page!

Wordpress plug-in:

We’re currently working on a new version of a plug-and-play wordpress plugin, so it might not behave the way you like. Please use the regular way of embedding the Twitterfountain for best results!

Even more customization?
