14.Aug.2008 Twitterfountain development: you vote, we follow!

We have had the feedback-forms up and running for while now, and every now and then questions pop in. We then manage these by email, and basically throw a vote to see if we will implement the suggestion. Not very democratic, is it?

We would like to hand more of the decisive power to you, our readers and users! So we have upgraded our site with a UserVoice-account. Listed in the sidebar are your top-suggestions, and on all pages, you will find the ‘feedback’-tab to let you drop your suggestions right away.

How does it work? You get to add suggestions and react on other people’s suggestions. You vote, we follow!

We’ve finally adjusted the scrolling direction of the messages. The default value is now “vertical only” which results in a smoother, more readable twitterfountain.

In the settings menu you can still choose to make the messages move in a random horizontal direction.

Right now we’re working on the flash player 10 issue, which seems to be related to the SWX engine that we use for Twitterfountain.
